EQT By Design is a strategic advising firm that uses a design-thinking approach to embed diversity, equity and inclusion at its core. We bring 25+ years of experience in equity-centered community engagement, strategic planning, change management, and organizational cultural design within government, community, and the corporate and nonprofit sectors. Our strength lies in elevating and centering the voices and perspectives of diverse customers, constituencies, and communities to further equity-centered policy and systems change and helping systems redesign, build, and implement strategic initiatives focused on an equity-centered change management strategy. We aim to inform, engage, disrupt, and facilitate action centered around equity and inclusion.
