Using the magical principles of Neuro linguistic programming (NLP), Gestalt our facilitators and trainers work with clients to create harmony between the conscious and unconscious minds that leads them to unlock the power of their true potential. Registered in Bangalore (India) as a limited liability partnership (LLP), Exordia’s first avatar came into existence as NOVA India in 2005.
Founded by Leo Lobo, a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), who trained under the supervision of Dr. Richard P. McHugh, who practiced the skills under the guidance of NLP founders Richard Bandler and John Grinder. Exordia today works with individuals, corporates, academic institutions and not-for-profit organizations through one-on-one counseling sessions, training sessions, coaching programs as well as imparting the skills of NLP as structured courses. The company is at the forefront in spearheading growth and research in the field of NLP in India. The Exordia team comprises of self-motivated, dedicated and qualified professional in the field of psychology, communication, people development and academics. We came together with the clear mission of helping people transform their core selves in order to experience joyful living.
