Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Manager to lead technical and engineering aspects of civil and structural projects, ensuring smooth site operations, quality compliance, and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all technical and engineering activities on-site to ensure smooth execution of civil and structural works
Monitor project progress and coordinate site activities to resolve technical or operational issues promptly
Prepare accurate and timely project status reports for internal management and external stakeholders
Coordinate structural details and design implementation to align with project objectives and specifications
Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and project teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination
Respond effectively to challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic construction environment while maintaining project timelines and quality

Required Competencies And Certifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
Professional recognition by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore (PEB) or Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil or structural site engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD

Preferred Competencies And Qualifications

Strong leadership and project coordination capabilities
Familiarity with local construction regulations and industry practices in Singapore
Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
