EYES on Insolvency

On Thursday, November 27th, 2025, at the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam, we will organise the third edition of the EYES on Insolvency conference. This third edition, the focus will be on whether the current (re)financing and restructuring practice is equipped for the transition to a more sustainable economy and to what extent ESG interests can, or should, play a role in restructuring. The conference is organized by RESOR and the Business & Law Research Centre of Radboud University.
