EZRA is a one-stop manufacturing factory that turns your CAD into functional parts — quickly, and without surprises.
Everything happens under one roof in our Dongguan facility: from design reviews to tooling, production, post-processing, and inspection. You won’t be chasing suppliers or wondering what went wrong between handoffs.
Our team covers three core processes in-house:
1. Injection Molding: Plastic injection molding, insert molding, overmolding, LSR molding, rapid tooling, family & multi-cavity molds, low-volume production, and secondary operations.
2. CNC Machining: Milling, turning, 5-axis, aluminum/steel precision machining, threads and inserts, rapid prototypes to batch production.
3. 3D Printing: SLA, SLS, MJF, FDM, PolyJet — with full material support, post-processing, and design-for-print guidance.
We also handle surface finishing (bead blasting, polishing, pad printing, laser engraving, UV coating, screen printing, chemical smoothing, and color matching), and value-added services such as:
• Assembly & packaging
• Quality inspection (FAI, CMM, CoC)
• DFAM support & material certification
• Export & logistics handling
Every quote is reviewed by an engineer — not an algorithm. If a part doesn’t make sense, we’ll tell you. If it can be improved, we’ll suggest how.
