Learning from Each Other Workshop at SAIL: Training Needs and Skill Development

A ‘Learning from Each Other (LEO)’ Workshop was organised at SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant for HR and Learning & Development professionals from various SAIL units.

The workshop focused on Training Need Identification and preparation of the Annual Training Plan under the 70:20:10 learning framework, aimed at strengthening skill development and fostering a future-ready workforce across the organisation.
