That was the challenge at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. Richard Cox and his team had a strong message around the Grow PA Scholarship — clear value and a clear connection to cost and career outcomes.

But posting it on a website wasn’t enough.

So they shifted their approach, pushing the message directly to families through CampusESP to ensure they saw it before key deadlines, understood both the benefit and the commitment, and could talk it through with their student.

The result? Stronger visibility for a high-value scholarship and more informed decisions during a critical moment.
