Connecting Service Members with Civilian Career Opportunities at Drill

This past weekend, our Work for Warriors team was proud to be on-site during drill, connecting directly with service members and discussing career opportunities available to them beyond their military service.

As a state- and federally funded, no-cost employment program, Work for Warriors is dedicated to helping National Guard members, Reserve personnel, Veterans, and military families secure meaningful civilian careers.

Through one-on-one engagement, our reps provided guidance on:
• Resume development and translation of military skills
• Interview preparation
• Direct referrals to trusted employer partners
• Career pathway planning and job placement support
