Douglas County property owners can now review the interactive Stormwater Utility Rate map to learn more about their property and estimated applicable rates: https://arcg.is/WX8H51
Monthly rates are based on:
• Property type
• Impervious surface area, including rooftops, driveways, and parking areas
• Property location and service area
Some properties may also include:
• A Local Service Area Rate
• A Capital Surcharge for identified watershed improvement areas
As a reminder, the Douglas County Board of County Commissioners will discuss the proposed rate structure during the May 28, 2026 Board meeting. The meeting begins at 10 a.m. at the CVIC Hall, located at 1602 Esmeralda Avenue in Minden.
