First Week Insights at Plus Natural Resources: Growth, Partnerships, and Team Synergy

My first week at Plus Natural Resources office in SJC has been marked by valuable learnings, strategic connections, and, above all, the certainty that I am surrounded by people committed to building something meaningful and sustainable.

I was warmly welcomed by the entire team, which reinforced my motivation and confidence for this new chapter. We had very productive discussions with the technical leadership team, aligning expectations, priorities, and the key challenges ahead as we continue supporting the company’s growth and regional expansion.

I also had the opportunity to connect with our interns, discussing expectations, professional development, and the importance of building a collaborative, technical, and people-oriented culture. In the end, strong companies are built by strong people.

Throughout the week, we openly discussed the regional challenges ahead and the support required across all areas to ensure sustainable growth, operational excellence, and strategic execution.

Another important milestone was the development of strategic partnerships, including discussions related to entering a key market in Saudi Arabia together with a company specialized in drone inspection solutions. Special thanks to Ricardo Tavares for the partnership, vision, and collaboration throughout these discussions.

The week was also marked by the consolidation of strategic meetings with important clients from the Oil & Gas, industrial, and mining sectors, including Brava Energia, PRIO, and Tenaris.

All of this is happening during an exciting phase of growth and expansion for Plus NR in São José dos Campos, reinforcing our ambitions and positioning for the years ahead.

I finish this first week feeling highly motivated, grateful for the trust, and excited about the opportunities ahead. Looking forward to building this journey together. 🚀
