• Receive emergency and administrative calls and determine response priority
• Dispatch law enforcement and emergency personnel using established protocols
• Operate multi-channel radio systems to maintain field communications
• Coordinate incident response and officer safety communications
• Maintain certifications required for law enforcement information systems
