Maximize AI's Value: Challenge, Not Replace, Your Decision-Making

The people getting the most value from AI aren't using it to think for them.

They're using it to challenge their thinking.

Big difference.

AI shouldn't be your decision-maker.
It shouldn't be your ghostwriter.

It shouldn't be the source of every idea you publish.

Because the value was never in getting an answer.

The value was in learning how to arrive at one.

The best use of AI I've found is this:

- Write the first draft yourself.
- Make the decision yourself.
- Form the opinion yourself.
- Then let AI attack it.

Challenge it.
Stress test it.
Find blind spots in it.

That's leverage.

Because once you outsource judgment, you're no longer using AI.

AI is using you.

The future won't belong to people who can generate the most content.

It'll belong to people who can make the best decisions.

And that's one thing you should never delegate.
