Quick one for anyone already running NetSuite.
When was the last time your partner sat down with you and said: "Here's what you're paying for that you're not using. And here's what dropped in the last two releases that could save your team real time."
If the answer is "never" or "I can't remember," that's a problem.
NetSuite ships two major updates a year. New automations, new reporting tools, new workflow capabilities. Most of them are already included in your licence. But they don't activate themselves, and they definitely don't map themselves to your business.
We picked this up recently with a client who'd been on NetSuite for three years. They were still manually approving purchase orders through email chains. The approval workflow feature had been available in their instance for over a year. Nobody had told them.
That's not an edge case. We see it constantly.
Operations Manager at Bacchus Wine Merchant said something that stuck with us. He said “DWR Consulting were definitely the right technology partner to pick. Even beyond post-go-live support, we still have a close relationship with the team. Implementations I’ve gone through in the past haven’t matched the positive attitude or focus on relationships that DWR has.”
That's the difference between a partner who installs software and one who actually makes sure you're getting value from it. If nobody's reviewed your NetSuite setup in the last 12 months, you're almost certainly leaving time and money on the table.
We do these reviews regularly. No sales pitch. Just an honest look at what you could be doing better.
