Microsoft's Strategic Move to Publicis: A Shift in Media Account Selection

A $1.2 billion media account moved last month without a pitch.

Microsoft picked Publicis on April 8 because the workflow was already built. The "pitch" was a ceremony around a decision the agentic infrastructure had already made.
