New TV Drama 'Growing Up Dion' Chronicles Celine Dion's Early Life

A new television drama based on the early life of Celine Dion is currently in development.

The project, titled Growing Up Dion (working title), will chronicle Dion’s childhood in Quebec, her upbringing in a large musical family, and the formative experiences that shaped her rise to international fame.

The series marks the first time the Dion family has formally supported a dramatized adaptation of her early life, with involvement from her brother Jacques Dion and creative input tied to a family-written source book.
