Reflecting on a Successful Alacrity Solutions ACCESS 2026 Conference in Orlando
Alacrity Solutions ACCESS 2026 in Orlando was an incredible experience and honestly may have been one of the best conferences I’ve attended yet.
It was great spending the week networking with restoration leaders, carriers, technology partners, and executives from across the industry while continuing to strengthen CRS's national relationships.
One of the biggest highlights was hearing Jonathan Miko present Alacrity Solutions “Friction Report” — an eye-opening look at where the claims and restoration industry is headed and the importance of communication, ownership, efficiency, and reducing friction throughout the customer experience.
The conversations throughout the week showed how important professional contents handling and coordination are in the claims process, and it was encouraging to see how closely CRS aligns with many of the operational themes being discussed on the national stage.
From golf outings and networking receptions to Universal Orlando Resort Studios, Andretti’s, panel discussions, and time spent working the CRS booth, the week was packed with valuable conversations and relationship building.
Very thankful for all the time spent with the Altimeter team and other industry leaders throughout the event. Looking forward to what the next year brings and continuing to grow the CRS brand nationwide.
