Trucking Industry Celebrates Passage of CORCA Act: A Major Step Against Retail Crime

The trucking industry applauds last week’s passing of the Combating Organized Retail Crime Act (CORCA) by the U.S. House of Representatives.

This major development is the result of months of advocacy led by the trucking interest groups, including the Trucking Associations Executive Council, the American Trucking Associations, and state trucking associations, many of whose members served as key witnesses at congressional committee hearings.
