Ferguslea Properties is the owner of Accora Village, Canada’s largest privately-owned rental community. Our dynamic west-end community is comprised of over 2,400 homes and over 8,000 residents, as well as a recreation centre, two elementary schools, an outdoor pool, parks and nature trails.
