Academic Innovation program at the Florida Institute for Child Welfare

To better prepare students for the realities of serving system-impacted children and families, the Academic Innovation program at the Florida Institute for Child Welfare seeks to strengthen future child welfare workforce in university classrooms across the state through innovative teaching, interprofessional collaboration, and real-world learning opportunities. The overarching goal for the Academic Innovation program is to provide students with the skills needed to navigate real-life practice challenges in child welfare.
