Flodock is the AI yard management suite — software for the hours between the highway and the warehouse door.
Yards run on phone calls, radios, and spreadsheets. Carriers call for status. Gate teams re-key what dock already knows. ERP updates arrive after the truck leaves. We started Flodock to close that gap: one connected record for every visit, from partner booking through gate-out — with intelligence where it helps and operators where it matters.
Founded in 2025 and incorporated as Flodock Inc. in 2026, we are a founder-led team building from Fort Mill, South Carolina. Flodock is a working product, not a concept — partner booking, gate-in and gate-out, live yard map, dock and dwell, printouts, attachments, and ERP events — extended every week with the same discipline we expect on a well-run yard. We build across time zones so the platform keeps moving while US logistics runs.
AI is built into how Flodock operates, not bolted on. Document capture suggests values from photos so teams confirm instead of re-type. Dwell risk and exceptions surface before the phone rings. Operators stay in charge; the system handles the reading, alerting, and closeout follow-through.
