FMA Ltd is a procurement consultancy to the Horticultural and Produce industry delivering solutions.
We help growers reach the right markets, retailers and logistic providers.
Throughout my career I have taken up challenges and projects for many produce and horticultural entities. These have ranged from fully vertically integrated multinational companies, company models with complex grower partnership arrangements to my own humble beginnings at the coal face of one of the fastest paced wholesale markets in the world. The key principle during my career has always been to deliver sustainable product from the field to the outlets of the retailer in the most efficient and cost-effective way.
Over time I have identified that many of these projects and challenges repeat themselves in various sectors, so through my independent assessment of market demand, supply chain and procurement I am able to offer an evaluation of the a business’s current position and the potential next steps to achieve the targets of the client.
