ECODES (Fundación Ecología y Desarrollo)

Ecología y Desarrollo (ECODES) is an independent not-for-profit organisation, founded in 1992 to develop, manage, and promote sustainable development projects and corporate social responsibility in Spain and Latin America. The organisation develops research initiatives on sustainability and social responsibility, including reports, briefs, articles, studies and best–practice manuals on environmental and social issues. It also designs, develops and manages innovative demonstration projects to show how changes in actions and behaviour (consumption patterns, investments, resource utilisation) can lead to significant environmental and social change. ECODES provides technical assistance and consultancy services to public and private organisations and assists organisations in implementing environmental and social policies.
