Gabby Cares of South Florida

Our mission at Gabby Cares of South Florida is to empower individuals and families as they navigate life’s many stages by providing the skills and resources needed to weather any storm. Founded by Dr. Gabby, an Afro-Caribbean woman who recognized the limited access to mental health resources, self-care support, and education in her community, Gabby Cares was created to close this gap. Our goal is to improve mental health outcomes and strengthen life management skills within underserved communities. At Gabby Cares, we strive to create a safe space where individuals can reconnect, heal, and rediscover their best selves. Together, we work toward restoring balance, peace, and a stronger sense of identity.
