About Gastrònoms

At Gastrònoms, we are chefs creating for chefs. Our company was born from chef Jordi Margall Grau’s desire to dignify the culinary profession by reducing long hours in the kitchen without sacrificing quality or authenticity. After gaining experience in renowned restaurants such as El Bulli and Can Roca, Jordi decided to establish our central kitchen in Castelló d’Empúries (Girona), focusing on the artisanal production of gourmet, additive-free, ultra-frozen fifth-range products.

Our mission is to make daily mise en place easier for chefs, restaurant owners, catering services, and hotels by optimising time, space, and operational costs through practical, high-quality culinary solutions.

Our vision is to become the leading brand in Europe by democratising signature cuisine, offering sustainable, creative, and ethical products that allow culinary professionals to preserve their unique gastronomic identity.
