Founded in 2017, Gette Law is a boutique first-party insurance coverage and subrogation law firm that has become a litigation powerhouse.
Gette Law's experience handling insurance coverage disputes includes a broad range of controversies, including complex property coverage issues, appraisal, bad faith claims, and other extra-contractual litigation. Our experience includes resolving claims resulting from the 9/11 World Trade Center terrorist attack; the aftermath of devastating hurricanes, such as Katrina, Ike, Rita, Wilma, and Andrew; underground mine collapses; airplane crashes; and a host of industrial accidents, fires, explosions, toxic spills, and other disasters.
