However, a critical challenge threatens to derail this progress: America's green workforce training capacity is woefully inadequate, lagging demand significantly. This gap threatens to delay projects and slow the transition to a sustainable future.

Our mission is to empower workforce developers to effectively guide jobseekers into climate jobs. We offer the world's first accelerator program to demystify local green job pathways, combining cohort-based learning, localized information, and industry connections. By upskilling workforce developers, we amplify their ability to guide jobseekers and students into good green jobs.
