About GTA - Future of Work
We exist to make the future of work understandable and actionable for businesses around the world to make the best decisions for their workforces, whether it’s 10 employees or one million. Covid was a catalyst for facilitating long-awaited changes in the workplace: employment trends, inclusion, productivity, and technology, to name a few.
Spanning from the London Tech Advocates, the GTA Future of Work group advise, guide and help the professional world to navigate change as we move toward a more progressive, inclusive and future-facing workplace. Through thought leadership, commentary, research and events, the Group aims to establish itself as a centre of excellence, providing best practice guidance and intelligence globally.
The GTA Future of Work Group is made up of over 500 business leaders working across 18 countries, spanning the full organisational and functional spectrum representing a global workforce of over 10 million.
