About GTB Vlaanderen
GTB is specialized in guiding people with disabilities toward suitable employment. GTB also helps its clients retain their jobs.
Our main goal is to help people find appropriate paid employment. However, if such is not feasible, we will look for alternatives such as voluntary work, always in consultation and collaboration with the client.
During the first 3 months of employment, GTB can support both employee and employer. But even later on in their careers, clients can still call on us for professional advice and support whenever they need it.
GTB cooperates with a broad network of partners that are recognized (like GTB) by the Flemish Government: GA (screening, orientation), GOB (training of skills and mediation), VDAB, etc…
GTB is represented in local job centres all over Flanders.
