Everything began in 1868: In Neumünster, Heinrich and Johannes Brüggen founded a horse-powered milling company to process regional buckwheat. More than 150 years later, we, H. & J. Brüggen KG, have grown into an internationally successful group. We are a traditional company that is rooted in Lübeck and still 100% family-owned. Our origins fill us with pride, and we are dedicated to keeping our profits within the company.
