At haca.studio, we are a strategic event agency supporting EU institutions, associations and NGOs in the design, delivery and amplification of high-stakes institutional events.
Based in Brussels and active across Europe, we work with organisations operating in complex political, regulatory and stakeholder environments, where events are not just logistical moments but strategic tools for decision-making, alignment, communication and impact.
We support the full event lifecycle, combining event audit, event advisory and event coaching with event management, event marketing and event communication. This integrated approach ensures that each event is not only well-organised, but also well-designed, well-positioned and well-received.
Our work starts upstream, helping clients clarify objectives, define success criteria, assess risks, select the right formats and structure agendas that support institutional goals. From there, we move into detailed planning, governance and coordination, followed by precise live execution and post-event evaluation.
In parallel, we design and deploy event communication and event marketing strategies that increase visibility, strengthen stakeholder engagement and extend the life and reach of institutional events, before, during and after delivery.
Our experience covers policy conferences, institutional summits, high-level meetings, hybrid and digital events, international assemblies and multi-stakeholder forums. We are used to operating in environments where timing, messaging, protocol, accessibility and political context matter.
