Hager & Meisinger is one of the world’s leading developers and manufacturers of medical instruments in the field of dentistry and implantology. There is a range of about 12,000 products - including drills, milling cutters, Trimming and Finishing, grinding and polishing instruments, special instrument systems for endodontics, orthodontics, ENT, maxillofacial surgery and oral implantology (Bone Management).

When Artur Meisinger founded the “German-American Bur Factory” in 1888, he became a pioneer of modern dentistry. Integrated solutions and coherent products was his creed – a guiding theme that lives on. Especially in the field of implantology, Meisinger leaves an imprint on the market with its MEISINGER Bone Management solutions and develops innovative and market-oriented products in close cooperation with leading researchers and practitioners.

At its company headquarters in Neuss (North Rhine-Westphalia / Germany), 45 million individual instruments are manufactured and sold every year under the MEISINGER brand by 600 trade partners in more than 100 countries. Moreover, MEISINGER offers medical education programs and hands-on workshops all over the world with internationally renowned speakers talking about current issues and trends of implantology.

In 2001 MEISINGER founded the subsidiary MEISINGER USA L.L.C. as a distributor for North America. Nearly 350 employees work for Meisinger in Neuss and in Centennial, Colorado.
