With a strong passion for facilitating group dynamics and a natural ability to foster collaboration, I am confident in my ability to contribute to any team.
During my operations role in community development, I gained valuable experience in designing and delivering effective training programs for the beneficiaries of a Non-Profit Organisation that I have been affiliated with for the past 4 years. Additionally, I successfully led group discussions and workshops.
Furthermore, my vast experience in sales, marketing and retail management has equipped me with a solid understanding of group dynamics, conflict resolution, and communication techniques.
I have hosted and directed programs for several corporate, community and public events, further enhancing my interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to diverse audiences .
