At Harmony Care, we provide safe, nurturing and empowering homes for children and young adults across Limerick, Offaly, Laois and Tipperary. Our focus is on care, safety and protection — but also on growth, learning and belonging.

Every young person we support is encouraged to reach their potential, explore new experiences, make mistakes safely, and develop a strong sense of stability and hope. Our child-centred, relationship-based model places empathy and understanding at the heart of care, ensuring each individual feels valued and heard.

We deliver residential and aftercare services under contract with Tusla, upholding the highest standards in practice, governance and regulation. Through consistent routines, therapeutic support and a dedicated team of social care professionals, we create environments where children and young adults can heal, grow and thrive.
