Harmony, a member of Transformations Care Network, is a network of outpatient clinics dedicated to the treatment of mental illness and restoration of balance and mental well-being.

We are a group of board certified psychiatrists and licensed therapists providing general psychiatry services to adults and adolescents in communities throughout West Virginia.

We offer medication management and therapy for a wide variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, substance abuse, body image, and more.
