Harris County District Clerk's Office

Justice could not be serviced without the District Clerk’s Office. Our main purpose is to record the actions and the judgments of the court and transmit orders to the authorities. Such orders include subpoenas, citations, warrants, and jury summons. In addition to court records, the District Clerk’s Office also provides are variety of services for the public. We provide an online database for background checks, court records and other public information. At the Harris County District Clerk’s office, we make it our mission to serve.
