Health Foundation of South Florida

We are South Florida's largest philanthropic organization focused on addressing the social determinants of health, reducing health disparities and achieving health equity in the region's underserved, vulnerable communities. Through funding, expertise and advocacy, we focus on three key areas:
-Increasing access to health insurance and healthcare;
-Integrating the social needs people have—like access to a safe and stable home, or healthy food—into clinical settings; and
-Improving community level social and economic conditions that promote overall physical, mental and emotional well-being, with a special focus on economic prosperity and affordable housing issues.
