heimatec is specialized in the development and manufacturing of high-precision static and live tools for all CNC lathes, CNC turning/milling centers and CNC machining centers. The product range extends from static BMT and VDI toolholders to live tools and highly complex customized solutions.
heimatec also offers a wide range of tools for automatic lathes. Static tools are supplied by heimatec with the usual standard holders as well as with Capto TM, HSK, KM and ABS adaptations.
Especially for live tools, the name heimatec stands for highest precision and quality. Live tools are offered for both turning and machining centers and include axial or radial, turning and drilling heads, cross milling, adjustable angle or disc milling heads, as well as multi-spindle tools.
With the u-tec® quick-change system, heimatec sets new standards in metal-cutting machining, as it can be used universally and saves costs. heimatec.u-tec® is characterized by a very short, compact design as well as high bearing rigidity and enables an internal coolant supply of up to 120 bar.
