One Heart for Women and Children is a lifeline in Central Florida—supporting over 20,000 individuals each month with food, essential resources, and unwavering compassion. From single moms to children in crisis, we meet people where they are and help them take the next step forward.

Community Food Pantry: One of Orange County’s largest, stocked weekly with fresh, healthy groceries.
Thrift Store & Essentials: Clothing, baby items, hygiene kits, backpacks, school supplies & more.
Team-Building with Purpose: Corporate volunteer events that create immediate and lasting community impact.
Disaster Relief: Rapid-response support during hurricanes, housing crises, and local emergencies.
Seasonal Events: Back-to-school drives, holiday meals, and neighborhood celebrations that bring hope and unity.

Founded by Stephanie Bowman , whose personal journey through addiction and homelessness led to recovery and purpose, One Heart began in her living room and now transforms thousands of lives. Stephanie’s 25+ years in recovery are a testament to the healing power of love, faith, and community.
