Hjärtebarnsfonden – The Swedish Childrens Heart Association.
A national organisation, working voluntarily to:
– improve the conditions for children and young people with congenital heart diseases and their families.
– spread knowledge and information about congenital heart diseases.
– actively support and help families with a member with congenital heart diseases to get in contact with each other.
