· To actively introduce promising biomedical innovation projects and top-notch biomedical industries from overseas and provide comprehensive assistance, including but not limited to the formulation of industrialization and commercial development, fundraising and listing, corporate governance and auditing, aid in R&D, IP protection, policies and regulations establishment, assist in clinical trial design and planning, to assist them entering the Mainland China Asia market.

· To promote communication, exchange and collaboration regarding innovative R&D, industrialization, coordination of regulations and policies, investment and financing amongst the biomedical innovation technology industry, research institutions, investment industry and government organizations in the Greater China Region.
