For more than 20 years, we have produced endogenously loaded, mammalian-expressed soluble HLA proteins that maintain physiologically relevant HLA structure and peptide occupancy. These molecules form the foundation of multiple derived assay platforms—including peptide binding and screening assays, T-cell epitope mapping, and antibody binding and monitoring systems—used in oncology, vaccines, transplantation, and translational immunology.

Our industrialized production delivers 126 Class I and 154 Class II HLA molecules in unmodified and biotinylated formats, supported by lot-traceable QC, standardized SOPs, and assay-transfer–ready workflows.
