HMD is a full service commercial construction firm that is focused on new construction, interior upfit and tenant improvements, and development services in Raleigh, NC and the surrounding areas. HMD offers what most construction firms can’t, which is an extensive background and expertise in commercial construction, small and large scale development, and project financing of all types. HMD's experience and understanding of the construction process, coupled with its relationship-based approach, allows HMD to engage stakeholders at the appropriate time so each project is properly managed according to a Client's budgetary and timetable considerations. HMD enjoys being engaged at the very early stages of a project, but we are also very comfortable becoming part of the team after the process has already begun.
