Pivoting to add business development, federal contract proposal development, and procurement and acquisitions, we relaunched in 2023 with a comprehensive mission to advocate and help small businesses to respond to sole source, limited source and competitive RFI, RFP and RFQs. We specialize in federal contracts, IT procurement and acquisitions, procurement strategy development, and RFI, RFP and RFQs response development, business development and matchmaking in strategic teaming partnerships.

Our Founder/CEO, strategic partners and staff have a combined 20+ years of experience in federal procurement and acquisition, management consulting, proposal development, business development, strategic partnerships, capture management, data security, cybersecurity, project/program/PMO management, strategic planning advisory, budget planning, and IT Category management and procurement of hardware, software, PPE and special services.
