Rising Stars Initiative, a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), was established on December 29, 2019, to address the escalating issue of sexual abuse in society. Commencing full-scale operations on January 4, 2020, the initiative has undergone a transformative journey since its inception. Since 2020, our focus has expanded beyond combating sexual abuse to providing a supportive platform for children, teenagers, and youths, with a particular emphasis on empowering girls during their adolescent years. Over this period, we've conducted more than 20 outreaches, including online sessions, impacting over 2000 individuals. Our outreach programs cover a wide range of crucial topics, such as sex, sexuality, and sex education, as well as discussions on issues like sexual abuse, dating violence, teenage pregnancy, addictions, handling peer pressure, social and emotional intelligence, skill acquisitions, and more.
