Horizons Cork

Horizons supports over 3,500 children and adults to live ‘Your Life, Your Way’. We work to enhance the lives of people with an intellectual disability and additional needs such as autism or physical and medical conditions. We work in partnership with them, their families and local communities to provide a broad range of person-centred services and support.
