About Horsemanship for Heroes
Horsemanship for Heroes is a Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship, Intl. (PATH, Intl.) Premiere accredited center.
Founded by two retired U.S. Army combat veterans with a combined 49 years of active duty service (including 7 combat tours), Horsemanship for Heroes was created to empower and support veterans, emergency responders, and their families suffering from trauma-related conditions.
Using natural horsemanship as the vehicle to navigate a two-phased program, we promote resilience, self-awareness, and personal growth; helping our Heroes to thrive in their personal and professional lives.
We provide a safe and peaceful environment where our participants can build meaningful connections with our horses, fellow heroes volunteers and experienced mental health professionals.
Our motto is: “Helping Heroes Heal”
