Healthcare Project and Change Association

The Healthcare Project and Change Association (HPCA) is a sustainable, not-for-profit organisation, hosted by the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), that promotes professional standards, supports the interests of project and change professionals and those working in projects in the healthcare sector in the UK.

It provides education, training and CPD to support the project and change workforce capacity and capability needed to enable the healthcare system to change and innovate for the benefit of patients and service users.
