About Health Partners International Canada (HPIC)
HPIC is a not-for-profit relief and development organization that delivers health and hope to the world’s most vulnerable people. We are dedicated to increasing access to medicine and improving health in the developing world without discrimination.
HPIC delivers at least $10 of essential medicine for every $1 donated.
OUR WORK
PROGRAMS:
• Access to Medicine: Equipping medical missions with Humanitarian Medical Kits and stocking local healthcare facilities with life-saving medications and supplies
• Emergency Response: Working with local, on-the-ground partners to respond to emergencies in the immediate aftermath of disaster
• Women's and Children's Health: Collaborating with grassroots organizations to reduce maternal and child mortality rates
Since 1990, HPIC has:
• Mobilized over $719 million in medicines
• Treated over 33 million people
• Worked in 130 countries
Over the last 34 years, HPIC has earned the trust of Canada’s healthcare industry and has become the Canadian partner of choice for pharmaceutical donations.
