Hush TeaBar

Hush TeaBar is a social movement that champions mental wellbeing, empathy and social inclusion through a unique tea experience of silence, sign language, tea art and sharing that gives us the much needed pause amidst our daily hustle and bustle. More so now with the dizzying pace of technology, with mounting challenges of an uncertain and volatile world.

Since 2014, our core team of Deaf persons, persons with lived experience in mental health, including those still in recovery and allies have staged over 500 Hush Experience sessions for more than 20,000 participants at workplaces, schools and communities in Singapore. Together, we aim to build a compassionate, resilient and inclusive society - one cup of tea at at a time.
