Arbitration & ADR Commission ICC NC Armenia

ICC NC Armenia Arbitration & ADR commission is a unique think tank. ICC Armenia contributes to the Global ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR through its Armenian NC delegation. In its research capacity, ICC Global commission proposes new policies and tools by producing reports, guidelines or best practices to innovate and promote efficient and cost-effective dispute resolution in view of current developments. Taking into consideration these tools and guidelines ICC Armenia adapts them to local regulations.
